Yexaa began as a consulting practice, founded by a Solution Architect with 15+ years building enterprise platforms. The clients were different every time. The problems were not.
Orders taken twice. Queues managed on paper. A POS that knew everything and told nobody. So we stopped rebuilding the same answer per client and built RexQR instead: one platform for ordering, tokens, queues, payments and analytics, solved for hospitality in real venues rather than in a pitch deck.
Then the venues running it wanted their own brand on it, wired into their own POS. That became the custom build practice: a full application on the platform, live in seven days. And those same floors became the proving ground for the Innovation Lab, where service robots, voice ordering, AI kiosks and computer vision go into dinner service instead of a demo room.
